We ate ours with a chopped salad, I love the Taylor Farms kits and cheddar biscuits. You can replace the biscuits with fruit if you want to make it healthier and avoid turning on the oven to make the biscuits. I love that they’re healthier than a traditional fried pork chop too which allowed me to splurge on the sides. ( I used medium thickness boneless center cut chops.) On a hot day it’s also nice to be able to cook them without turning on an oven or standing over a hot frying pan. ![]() Plus the meal came together fast! These puppies were done in just under 20 minutes. ![]() I cooked them up and they came out crispy on the outside, but tender and juicy on the inside. ( I saw someone bread chicken this way when I was scrolling Pinterest one day.) That was perfect as I was thinking of breading them with ritz crackers. He suggested I’d need a way to add fat since there would be no oil. So, I asked my husband if he thought I could cook pork chops in our air fryer. Usually, I make these tender pork chops in gravy but lately, I’ve been trying out other ways of cooking pork chops. There’s something I just love about pork chops.
